Editorial decisions at JMCHS are made solely by the Editor-in-Chief and the editorial team on the basis of scientific merit, ethical soundness and relevance to the journal’s scope.

•     Corvus Medical Press, its owners and staff do not influence the acceptance or rejection of any manuscript.

•     Funders, sponsors, advertisers, governments and institutions have no influence over editorial decisions or content.

•     Payment of any fee or waiver status is handled separately and is not visible to editors or reviewers.

•     The Editor-in-Chief has full authority over the editorial content of the journal and the timing of publication, in line with the WAME policy on editorial independence.

•     The publisher may not remove or change published content except through the Corrections and Retractions policy.

•     Where commercial and editorial interests conflict, editorial integrity takes precedence.

•     Any attempt to influence editorial decisions improperly should be reported to ethics@corvusmedpress.com.
